Mr. Isso and his firm have been retained in many complex family law matters involving divorce, separation, custody, and the entire field of family law and commercial litigation. Mr. Isso’s experience in the area of family law litigation and mediation has included cases involving millions of dollars in the marital estate, tracing of large amounts of marital funds concealed and laundered in multiple domestic and foreign jurisdictions, participation in complex commercial and business tort litigation and substantial mediation after having successfully encouraged clients and opposing counsel to consider mediation and avoid needless waste of resources and judicial resources. Mr. Isso’s practice also includes defense of white collar defendants in both civil and criminal proceedings before the State District Courts and United States District Court. Mr. Isso’s practice has also included briefing before the Supreme Court of Nevada and other jurisdictions.

Mr. Isso first developed his passion for the law in Las Vegas during his summer vacation before starting college when he served with the Office of the Nevada Attorney General in the Bureau of Public Affairs. During his studies at ASU, Mr. Isso served with the 

United States Attorney's Office (federal prosecutors) in Public Affairs where his passion for the law further flourished. While at Cal Western, Mr. Isso served as a law clerk with a boutique litigation firm in San Diego, California where he worked in various aspects of the law including personal injury, contract issues, estate and business planning, and immigration law from the initial client consultation to working the case to final resolution.
