William S. Boyd School of Law, J.D.
Brigham Young University, B.A.
Meg’s ten years of experience representing individuals and businesses in Nevada state and federal
courts is reflected in the hundreds of cases she has successfully resolved by mediation, arbitration, and
trial. Meg has also seen numerous cases through the appellate process and succeeded in arguing
complex legal issues before the Nevada Supreme Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Meg began her career litigating title disputes under Nevada’s HOA foreclosure statutes – a largely
undeveloped area of law at the time. The innovation and collaboration that was necessary to effectively
advocate for her clients was well-honed during these years and has become a valuable skillset in Meg’s
current practice. With her resourcefulness and expansive legal knowledge, Meg implements
individualized litigation strategies to obtain optimal results for each client.
Born in England and raised in New England, Meg earned her Bachelor of Arts in art history from Brigham
Young University and received her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada Las
Vegas. Meg was recently selected as a rising star by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
