Michael practices primarily in the areas of business and corporation law and governance, securities law, property law, contract drafting and review, and general business and consumer disputes. Michael is a skilled litigator, and while his focus is always on obtaining a favorable early settlement without the expense and inconvenience of a trial, when trial has become necessary he has obtained substantial verdicts for his clients.

A ‘transplant” from Southern California, Michael spends many of his spare hours providing pro bono services to Southern Nevada’s senior citizens who often lack the resources to obtain proper legal representation when needed. Prior to law practice, Michael served many years as a consultant in securities  compliance and corporation governance, and has held Nevada licenses as Real Estate Broker and Property Manager.
 
Outside of work Michael relaxes with reading, music, solving puzzles, and especially enjoying time with children and grandchildren.
 
Michael is a decorated veteran military pilot, having been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (two awards), the Bronze Star, and numerous other combat decorations.
